Getting Error 11877, Return conversion failed. Does anyone know how to fix that ?

Try using REFRESH updates from the Updates drop down menu,sometimes an update file gets corrupt and this would flush out the bad files and redownload fresh again.

Thank you. Rebooted as suggested yet both problems persist. Do I need to call then do you think.
