I am trying to file a 2023 return. I renewed my fastpath and software at the end of January, beginning of February this year. Anyway, when efiling, I get a pop up saying I can file this return, I need to verify my fastpath license was renewed for 2025. I do not know how to verify. It's on the billing as paid. Can anyone help me? Thanks so much, in advance.

If Tools > License Product doesnt work, did you change from professional to basic maybe?
The fast path license isnt interchangeable if you used to have Pro back in 2023 and now you have Basic, youd need to call into support to get access.
