First time I saw this.  what is ESLI deduction?

Box 14 stuff is generally non-standard so you'll probably have to ask the employer (or maybe you can divine it from looking at the year-end paystub).

My guess would be something like Emergency Sick Leave Income.  But the Act and the IRS use different acronyms:  EPSLA and EFMLEA
