Greetings,

  I have been using Pro-Series Basic for several years.  Downloaded 2021, transferred my 2020 clients to 2021 with no issues.  Worked on a return four days ago and it saved normally, no issues.  As I am working on different returns nothing is saving.  Keep getting ERROR Code 107.  I have checked my directory path and it seems fine.  Nothing has changed from four days ago.  I Have tried to save via icon as well as Save As under 'File'.  Waiting to speak to Technical Support when they arrive again tomorrow at 8am EST.  Was just hoping someone might know why this is happening.  I would prefer not to have to change where I save my returns.  Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated.

1st things I try when I get something real strange like this.

1. Close and re-open proseries. If I still have the problem then

2. Re-boot the computer....If problem still exists

3 try deleting the specific proseries module within windows (settings/Apps select proseries /uninstall at that point you can select 1040, 1065 or whatever) then reinstall.

4. Start drinking and wait for tech support to help.
