Never had this before, they are the same as last year even.
Error message:
Form 1099R - payer ein was issued after the tax year in the return header.
There are only two, thinking maybe delete them and re-enter?

If the payer didnt get their EIN until after the first of the year, it wont be updated in the IRS database so you'll continue to get a rejection when EFiling......you can actually use any valid EIN to get it accepted....what company was it from?

Only two 1099R, both from the state of Ohio. Both were listed on the 2022 tax return and was efiled without problem.
Have deleted both and efiled again to see what happens.

This may be unrelated but there was a problem with Ohio Deferred Comp plans this year. See alert on their website (if that's what you have):
