Why cannot I send emails from the client checklist feature? It just simply states email error occurred cannot send

Is your default email client the 64 bit version of Outlook? If yes, ProSeries is failing to automatically call that. I'm sorry for the frustration.
We have a fix that will be deployed Jan 20th. If you need it to work sooner than that, there's a work around but it's slightly technical. You can do it yourself, or you can call into support on Monday and they can walk you through this.
Is this a procedure fir network or standalone. When you mean proseries directory do you proseroes or prowin20?
Please clarify what computers that these instructions need to be run. Workstations or servers?
