EFIN VALIDATION

I am receiving the following message when I am efiling tax returns. EFIN has not been registered to your account. Please verify your EFIN with us. Not transmitted, the return failed the tax submission return validation step.

 

But im my EFIN is been verified and approved already.

 

Please help

Go into your firm information in the program.  By the box showing your EFIN, there should be a little box to check saying that your EFIN has been verified.  Click on it and you should be good to go.

Thank you for your reply.  There's no little box on the program for EFIN verified box.  Only for PTIN.  I have the proseries not basic.

On the records of Proseries it has been approved and verified.

I had to re-register my EFIN recently too.  Took a day for Intuit to update it in their system  Follow the instructions here

You can always try clicking on tools and then "license product".  If that doesn't work, then try waiting a day or two to allow more time for Intuit as Lisa noted.
