I efiled a personal tax returns, state tax was accepted, but federal tax was received by Intuit for a week and was not sent to IRS or accepted. What's wrong ?

Highlight the return then use Update Acks of Selected returns and see if that pulls the Acks in, sometimes they just get missed

Thank you for your response. I did that but nothing changed. It still says "Received by Intuit"

Hmmmm, I'm not sure where you go from there.  @Anonymous do they need to call into support?

Thanks Lisa. There's a similar thread here that might have a workaround for this topic: tax return received by intuit, but it has not been transmitted to IRS, for a week. Contacting ProSeries will be your best bet @ChiHoang, if it hasn't resolved.

Were they able to force an acknowledgement through?  Was it a rejection or acceptance?  Was it an issue on Intuits end or what?

They were able to force the acknowledgement and it was a rejection.
