I have been using Pro-Series since 2003, and have always renewed early under the deferred payment plan. I renewed this past June, but now Intuit is challenging my renewal.
Each time I call Intuit I speak to offshore personnel who just read from a script.
Can anyone send me a US based contact phone number ?
Intuit keeps raising their prices for both Pro-Series and Quickbooks, but their customer service gets progressively worse,

I am having the same issue. I renewed early and they are not respecting the discount for doing so.
Their Customer Service is AWFUL!! I have been hung up on 3 times because the offshore representative
cannot understand my questions.
Sorry but nobody hanging out here can fix that for you. You need to try calling to see if you can reach someone that actually knows what day it is and speaks well enough for you to understand.
