E-File a 2019 Form 1041 and NJ 1041

can I efile a 2019 Form 1041 and NJ 1041 Estate return year end 9/30/2020 or is IRS only excepting 2020 returns now?  I can not find any on this

It is 2-12-21 and the 2020 NJ 1041 states "this form is NOT EF READY but can be printed. 

OK but what is the date it can be efiled?
