My view of client shows all client with dupicate ein/ss# cant efile

You need to research the reason for the duplicate files. You could have pulled client files from one directory, changed it and then from a second. You may need to back up your entire client file directory, wipe the HomeBase and then reinstall the clients. There are prior discussion on this board about this. Do a Search.
