Suggest Intuit do better due diligence relative to e-file rejection notices. Intuit does not have mechanism for alerting preparers that client returns have rejected and are sitting in limbo.
You mean no mechanism other than for the preparer to check for acknowledgements on a regular basis? The software can only do so much -------- sometimes the preparer needs to take some responsibility for their work.
The program automatically prompts you to check for acknowledgments, and gives you a green accepted or a red rejected for each submission when it does that. Or did you turn those features off?
