Does a NC resident have to add back VA rental losses?

I am a SC CPA and SC requires out of state rental losses to be added back to the Federal AGI.  I have searched the NCDOR site to see if NC has a similar rule.  I expected to enter the VA rental loss on D-400 Sch S since this is not a NC rental loss.  I hope some NC CPA's can help me!

As far as I know, SC is unique with regard to out of state losses.

But hopefully a NC person will chime in.

The more I know, the more I don't know.
