Do you have to send a 1099 misc if you rent a bull on a farm return?

But is it rents or services? The bull is providing a service......but I guess youre not 1099ing the bull.

You are renting the bull to breed the cows. So I would think it is rent or could it be under vet as breeding fees?

If you rented a tractor, would you send a 1099?  Kinda the same thing, except one piece of equipment has a tail on the end of it.
