When filling out the refund advantage worksheet, I get the following error message: "This ERO is not enrolled to provide direct deposit disbursement" I contacted refund advantage on January 28 and 29, 2021. I was referred to intuit. How do I correct this problem?

Have you selected your bank and updated your enrollment status? You can look in Tools/Options/Enrollment Options under Pay By Refund, or you can also run the Option Setup Wizard in Help.
