Deleted files to recycle bin

Is there a place to direct deleted files in Proseries to to go the recycle bin? My deleted files are not and have never shown up in the recycle bin.

That's strange - mine do.   Do you have an IT person that can check this out ?

This is what Google has to say ....... 

If you delete a file from a network share, it is gone. If you look in the Recycle Bin, it won't be there. This happens because Windows is organized so that deleted files can be captured by the Windows Recycle bin on local drives only.
