Shows a freeze print formula and will not allow changes????
You've probably got the option to Freeze Date set in the options, when I had that marked, every new client would get that freeze date printout on the letter, Id have to open Client Status and uncheck the date box, I finally just unchecked it in the Options here
I did have it checked. Removed it restarted and it still does not print?
When I edit all the letters at the start of the season to make them read the way that fits me, I always delete the date on the letter.
There are times, where printing, and delivering are not compatible and I don't need to give clients a reason to ask questions about "how long it took to get to me"
I like that. Can you remind me how to edit my letters. Sorry very new to this.
