After selecting that I want to add a document while using eSignature with DocuSign, I click the blue button (Next). When the screen pops up to allow me to add my email template, the next button stays grayed out. I can't get it turn blue so I can finalize the process to send the request. Strange thing is it's only happening two different clients from the same household. Any clue as to how
I'm having the same issue. It is only happening to one client, my first MFJ client. That is the main difference from the other returns. The one other thing about the client was that I electronically sent a North Dakota tax return along with the Fed and another State, but the ND tax return was rejected, and I was subsequently able to totally delete the ND return.
