Maybe they should go out and buy a lottery ticket next as long as they are having a streak of good luck.

I guess I thought we were just celebrating since I didn’t see a question in there anywhere.  Folks sometimes need to live dangerously and actually look at where the numbers are coming from rather than blindly relying on the software.

Client had gain of $70,000 on rental property. Client also had carryover loss from stock sales, so assume reason for no tax. Should have checked all info before posting.  Thank you for responding so quickly.
