Client have a W2 with box 1 blank, income under the difficult of care act, can't e-file and do I have to report the income elsewhere or file an schedule?

The W-2 just has social security and Medicare wages and withholding? No federal or state income tax withholding?

If yes to all of those, I'd omit it from the return.

You dont enter that W2.  The wages are excludable and the W2 has done the work for you by leaving Box 1 empty.
