Client file opens to arbitrary forms instead of info page

When I open a client file from my Proseries 2020 homebase, it loads an arbitrary form within that client's file instead of opening to the client information page. Is anyone else having this issue? I've never had this experience in prior year's.

Constantly! So annoying!  At least until it opened to the page that says, "You have won the $150K Intuit Sweepstakes!"
