I am not able to install ProSeries22 on my work stations.
The error is "cannot find Patch file"

I remember each year I had to refresh myself for workstation install. I think it is really embarrassing that support has not been able to solve this for you. May @Anonymous can get someone to look into before this site crashes totally.

Yes I have tried the ProSeries Tool Hub. I have 8 calls to tech support and cannot resolve it.
Thanks. I looked at both links but neither pertain or work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on the server at least 4 times.
I know nothing about networks installs or workstations, sorry.

Thank you so much. I spoke to a total of 10 intuit representatives and none could help. Using your advise I went back to basics and found that my server was installing in the incorrect mapped drive. (although the instructions state that if you have a prior installation it will default to the correct drive)
