Yes I have e-filed that form for 2021.

Define "not allowing". Do you see an error? Do you get a message? Will it transmit, then gets rejected, or can you not even get it to convert for EFIling?

Do you need to complete 17a,b,c questions and address at top of page 2 of F5695 ?
