If you are trying to import scanned documents and get this error message ("Can Not Find Central Directory") review your original scanned documents and remove any documents that are excessively grey then rescan and submit.
From the wording, it sounds like the scanned document is too dark. Please review your scanner's instructions to lighten the scanned image. Then rescan the document.
