Can I e-file an Amended 2017 Form 1120-S in 2021?

I need to e-file a 2017 Form 1120S for employee tip credit.  Can I currently (8/14/21) e-file this amended Form 1120S?

Efiling is only open for current year and 2 years prior.

The 2017 Form 1120-S was extended until September 15, 2018.  I thought I had until September 15, 2021.  Is that not correct?

"Efiling is only open for current" Tax "year and 2" Tax "years prior."

Thanks, guess I'm thinking since it can still be amended, that it can still be e-filed.  Not the same issue.  Appreciate it.
