CA Tax Rate calculation error

Anyone is getting different results on CA tax returns? All else the same but tax calculation is different from a version I printed last week.

Could it be the MCTR got included as taxable income earlier, now its been excluded?

I guess I could spot check a few I EF last week to see if a different amount appears when I open it now.

No, MCTR is not applicable for this particular client I am looking.

I grabbed 3 random ones I Efiled last Monday, everything looks the same to me.

So weird. CA taxable income is the same, but tax is different. Same filing status. This will be a fun conversation to have the client about the change.
