Best way to reverse1040 automatic withdrawals of est pmts

Client signed up for automatic withdrawal of 2022 estimated payments.  Client passed away after 1040 was filed and first estimated payment was withdrawn.  What is best way to reverse the auto w/d for the remainder of 2022?

Call the phone number on the 8879 and cancel the scheduled payments.

I also had to cancel the auto withdrawal and called the number at least twice. The waiting was so long and both times exceeded 90 minutes. I'm still unable to talk anyone. Is there a different way or phone number to call to speed it up?

I called the number on the 8879 and had a 5-minute wait time.  Perhaps call mid-week?
