Beneficial ownership information - for company that added a second location in another state

I  have a corporate client that added a second location in another state last month

The corporation has been existing for over 15 years.  So, originally the BOI would not be due until 12/31.

I just wanted to make sure this doesn't fall under the 90 day rule for new corporations because of the second state.  I don't think it does, since BOI is a federal thing and not state by state.
