I DON'T CARE ABOUT BADGES!!! I WANT COMPLETE SOFTWARE, PLEASE. IN A TIMELY FASHION. ATX has their 2848 available, ProSeries' users have to wait until 2/27/2020. EasyAcct won't have 4562/4797 until after March 1st and March 15th Deadlines.

Yes, I am frustrated that I pay premium fees for sub par service from Intuit.

    "I DON'T CARE ABOUT BADGES!!!"

The correct phrase is "We don't need no badges" 😀

"until we've finished rolling out badges."

Yep, because that sure is a priority here in mid-Feb.

Once again, Intuit has turned this into a GAME.   It is so sad and unprofessional that a company tries to shift their "support" to a user-forum, then turn that forum into a GAME by issuing these ridiculous "Badges".

How about you quit screwing around with badges and devote some time to fixing your crappy software?
