On the “asset entry worksheet” “dispositions” section; is there a “sales price” for not fully depreciated appliances, or is the “sales price” zero since the appliances were included in the sale price of the rental house?

That is one way to do it. Enter zero as the sales price, and it helps separate the 1245 property from the 1250 property depreciation recapture.
