Ive never used it.  what kind of problems are you having?

I've used it for years - It isn't importing back into the software after sending to Proseries. They estimate 20 min turnaround time - however it has been since yesterday & they are not processing.   Efile is working so I know I'm connecting to proseries.

Maybe the update this week goofed something up, you can try running REFRESH Updates from within the program,, or close PS and run REPAIR UPDATES form the windows programs menu. 

It can take 5-7 minutes to complete a refresh or repair and you cant use the program while its doing it, so make sure you've managed time for this.
