Has anyone else had this issue this year, that every few days, the 8879 stops printing with the client copy, and you need to go back to global print options, and add it in again to print?

There have been a number of printing issues this year. Personally, I always just print the filing copy so I haven't run into those issues.
Yea we have the same issue. You have to go to printing options as they changed the print format for client copies to not print the 8879. Go to your print options, and choose in the client copy to print that form if used.
Yes, I go to Global Print Options - Control Which forms print- Efile & Bank products- and then select if used.
The issue is, that every few days it changes to NEVER, instead of IF USED.
Yup, others have complained about that issue and evidently it still isn't fixed.
try changing it from "if used," to "if any data." Maybe that will help. Mine hasn't switched back yet, and I have the client copy set to "if any data."
