Is anyone experiencing Quick Employer Forms not allowing a business profile address to be updated?

Hello! While a permanent fix is not yet in place, we do have a workaround that has helped some users and may help populate the Business Details page for you as well:

 

Steps:
1. Navigate to the "Update Business" page, click on the "Contact Info" section, and populate all empty fields with temporary values. Save the changes.
2. Re-edit the "Contact Info" section, remove the temporary values added in Step 1, and proceed to make the necessary updates to the business details.

 

Please let us know if this resolves the issue after trying the steps above. We appreciate your patience while we continue working on a full resolution.

YES. I'm trying to call support and its so frustrating!  I called Pro Series Support....  holding to see if they can change the employer address on the back end...  they can't fix it at the moment ... they are working on it actively, they said try to update the address over the weekend...

@sjrcpa Obvs. I replied to it. Still not fixed on Monday.  Its an address field!

Kathi,

Following up again to get an ETA on the address issue.  Obviously, this is time sensitive as clients are needing to issue their 1099s by this weekend.  Is there a way to escalate the issue?  Thanks.

I can't update anything. When I hit save, nothing happens & I get a blank screen. This needs to be fixed ASAP as these forms are due.

I tried the workaround.  You must complete each field.  I made up a middle initial and put an x in the second address line & saved it.  Then when I went to remove the middle initial & the x, it wouldn't save.  The solution was to go to those fields again and put in three space bars which effectively removed the made up incorrect information and acted like there was still an entry.

Not the fix I was looking for, but the outcome worked.  It still should be fixed by the techs.

Hello! We thank you for your patience while we worked to fix this. The Unable to change the business details and seeing a blank screen has been resolved.

I just tried again today and it has now been corrected!!
