    2024 Client Presentation

I am wondering why I am not able to print the 2024 Client Presentation. I can go to Tools on the menu bar and select Client Presentation and view in Excel, but I get an error that says "Unable to cast COM object of type Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel._Application". I have the 32-bit version of Microsoft 365 installed on my computer. What is the solution? How do I get the Client Presentation to print this year?

if you go into Print Options, Printer Set up, see what printer you have chosen as the default for the Presentation.  Maybe its not mapped to a printer?

go to the common folder in Pro Series 2024 and look for excel presentation. double click to see if it opens. if it opens then you need to reinstall Pro Series. If it doesn't open then you need to reinstall, or repair  Excel

I was able to open the Excel Presentation. So I reinstalled ProSeries. But neither of them fixed the issue. I have not been able to Print or Print Preview the Client Presentation.

I checked to see which printer I have selected and found that I have the correct printer selected for printing the Client Presentation. But I am still not able to print or preview it..

If you go to Print Options > Global Print Options > Print with return are the check boxes marked by Client Presentation for the copy of the return you are printing?

Sorry it didn't work for you, but those are the instructions from Intuit. Looks like you will have to call support
