If you open a return, hit f6 and type 8915f the 8915-F form now exhists.
The last couple of weeks I efiled new forms on Wednesday that were not supposed to be live until thursday.
Might be worth a try even though the yellow bar says tomorrow.

does it pull over the second one third?
I don't know. I didn't have any clients ask to defer. I just periodically hit the manual update button, and when one came through I checked to see if the form was there.
I deleted a file I brought over and re-transferred and it does bring over. BUT........its populating 8915-E and F. I still have the yellow bar for 03/24. I assume that will go away tomorrow.
Why still the 8915-E tho?
Any thoughts?
I had to retransfer client to get it to pull in the 1/3 to 8915-F
is it also populating the E as well?
yes
Is it possible that E & F needs to be filed?
When the 8915-E is opened it's retitled to the Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments Worksheet. This is now used to track the carryovers specific to Coronavirus distributions and won't be e-filed with the return.
Good info @IntuitGabi !! Thank you very much!!
I knew F was to replace E but E populates and I was thrown for a loop.
so do we ignore the yellow bar that's still at the top of the 8915F?
good question.. one I also have
My file still says arch 24th and Iron Man has told me to be patience.
But another one says hit f6 and 8915F will appear which it does.
My problem is I can not manualy enter any of the information required.
Should I wait untill March 24th to try and filll out 8915F?
Yep, do as lisa says or take an easy client and delete and re-transfer and see where everything ends up and re-create on the complex client.
I did not have any free time. I was too busy filing tax returns that I have been holding on to.
