Proseries basic won't open past sign in page

Hi,

Proseries won't open past sign in page. Once I sign in it freezes everything on my pc and have to unplug. Anyone else this issue?

Restart the computer then use REPAIR updates from the Windows Programs menu under the ProSeries 2020 heading.  This is  a screen shot for 2019 Profesional, but its the same for 2020.   See if that helps at all before calling support.
