My Proseries Basic edition is corrupt and I cannot get back in to it to have access to my prepared returns.
Proseries tech support spent 2 hours trying to correct and "FAILED" to do so. I downloaded my initial software and loaded to my system However, I do not have (and desparetly need) a copy of the software to reload it in order to get back in so I can access my returns. Proseries customer service has been of little or no help in this effort. All I really need, from them, is a link to a site that would allow me to download the 2021 Proseries Basic package that I BOUGHT" in the 1st place. I have spent a total of 3 hours on hold and heard the same piece of music about 75 times. I may soon need psychiatric help to get that tune out of my head. Can anyone help??? Chips2822

You should just be able to log into your account and download it.
