ProSeries 2018 sidebar not displaying accurately.

When opening a specific client in ProSeries the type in the sidebar is writing over itself, please see the attached image. Also the Forms In Use will not display at all. This has happened with only one other client. I have restored an older version of the data file from backup and tried opening it on a different computer, but the issue is still happening.

This has been reported when you have multiple  forms with the same business name...like 2 Sch Cs with the same business name, or 2 K-1s with the same business name on them.

You just need to change up the name on one of the forms so they are not exactly the same as the other.
