Is anyone else having problems eFiling Mass personal returns on ProSeries Basic? Efile system keeps coming back saying the version I'm using needs to be updated and ProSeries restarted.
When I have it download new updates, it says there are none available. Have tried updating and restarting 5 - 6 times. Still get same eFile error? Seems like a bug in the software.
