Pro Series Fastpath license

Hello all,

I am working on a 2017 tax return and purchased a 2017 Professional fast path license, yet the license for the 2017 program is not showing up in the program under licenses.

Program wants to charge me a PPR for the federal and State return. (both would have been included in the original license I purchased).

Any ideas please?

From home base click on Tools, License products. You should be good

Do you have a current 2020 fast path license as well? 

The fast path license you purchased for 2017 returns back in 2017/2018 is expired,you need a current fast path to print returns.

I do-and i figured it out. I just had to re-license the 2017 program and it brought that 2017 license back in. Therefore I am not sure it is expired or not, however it works now!
