I can't print and i'm getting this message every time: CAN'T GET CLSID FOR PDF CREATOR PILOT and won't let me print.

I tried searching google for this error, I know Ive seen it before, but all the ProSeries articles from prior years are gone, so I only get dead links. 😕

I had to re-install my printer again from the manufacturer's web page with all the software drivers and on Proseries 2019 I had to refresh the most recent updates and the problem was fixed.
I had the same issue with Proseries (hosting) and Intuit and Right Networks. After wasting hours, they were unable to fix this issue. How to do you sell a product without being able to offer some solution to all possible issues?
