SSN is just an SSN. No declaration for green card status is required, except for a few forms where you'd be prompted to enter the taxpayer's nationality, etc. and where treaties are invoked to claim certain benefits (but some of which may have immigration ramifications)

If you've got an SSN you'd enter the same place any other SSN would be entered.
