PDF Error: INVALFONT can't print this document (Error Code: 11-1515)

I am unable to print my tax forms for 2020 with ProSeries. Seems to be needing a font to be uploaded, but tech support was no help. This includes all forms related to filing 1040 e.g. schedules and forms.

I am able to print documents that are for records, For your record, but not the filing forms.

I am no computer guy but maybe your printer driver needs to be updated? I googled and adobe popped up all over the place.
