I just tried to increase my PPR balance by $45 on the website for 2020 (I had just successfully done this for 2019). Anyway, I put in the required code for my PS20 software but it generated the same authorisation code as it had done for the $41 transaction for 2019 so, obviously, the 2020 programme gave me the invalid code method. But I still received the confirmation email that the $45 has been charged to my credit card! My PPR balance for 2019, 2020 and 2021 is

Have you gone into each year and pulled up the Pay Per Return > Show Account Balance ?
Yes, and all show as zero!
Calling from the UK, that would probably cost me the same again, it's hardly a solution! Where is the Live Chat that used to be available?
