A few of my clients still want paper checks for their federal refunds. IRS website says they are still doing paper checks for refund but my client got a letter stating that they are not. The letter says he needs to set up an account at IRS and enter bank information or set up a prepaid debit card and enter that information on his account. Anyone else seeing this? I could use TPG to get a paper check but return is already filed so too late for that. Anyone else seeing this? Any work around?
