I have a simple client with only a W-2 and Ohio unemployment. When I prepared it, the Ohio refund was $ 333. The client only got $ 91. When I opened up Pro-Series to look into this, the refund is now showing $ 91. After analysis, the original Ohio tax return didn't include the Ohio unemployment, but now it does include it. So, the $ 91 is correct. Did ProSeries fix an software error? I'm sure that's what happened. Anybody else encounter this?
