I would like to know the Tax Treaty Article for F1 student from Pakistan. I put XIII(1) as Tax Treaty Article for Pakistan in 1040NR and e filed the claim. Proseries rejected the claim stating " Tax Treaty article must match exactly What the IRS requires". Please help.
