I have clients that are deducting overtime, but is not reported on the form w2 box 14, so I'm requesting them the last payment stub from year 2025 along with their w2s , so when going to part VII Deductible overtime I manually enter it depending if is 150% I know is only the third part, then it creates Schedule 1-A my question is should I upload that pay stub along with the return to the IRS or just keep a copy of it for my records , appreciate answers

No you don't attach anything, just keep it for your records.

Its kind of a free for all this year, they wont have anything to match these amounts up with so unless the amount of OT looks totally inconceivable, we're not going to hear a peep from IRS about it.
