Anyone getting a message how the program cannot open (the action cannot be completed because the underlying service is taking longer to respond) .. already did a fresh restart and still getting message..
Jim, try turning your computer completly off (not a restart) Worked for me.

This message appear when I start the program and when I transfer 1st client. We have to wait a few munities for the software start working. I just guess because this year they add more AD to the software that cause the error!
