AutoFill feature has been working flawlessly since the beginning of tax season. After last update, we noticed it does not auto populate anymore after EIN is entered. This feature is vital to us since we have a lot of clients. Please help.

One client? All clients? Some EINs? All EINs? Does rebooting help? I know the auto fill feature can be a fickle creature and has from time to time not done the job as expected.

Maybe a dumb question......You checked that the AutoFill box at the top of the EIN/Payer Database window is still checked?
